RESERVATIONS & PRICING Information

COTTAGE PRICING:

We kindly ask that you submit your reservation request through our email: LSIDECABIN@AOL.COM .We will reply to your reservation request in less than 24 hours. 

A nonrefundable deposit of $100 holds your room once your reservation is confirmed and can be paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER.  Your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance on date of arrival.  Pricing is based upon double occupancy.  Guests thereafter are charged $50 per person.  There is no charge for children under the age of 18.  Maximum occupancy: 4 guests

Daily rate:  $200 per night, based on double occupancy.  Cleaning fee:  $50.  There is a two (2) night minimum stay during FIRST MONDAY weekends only.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

Two weeks prior to arrival.  No refund  1-13 days.

CHECK IN time is 2:00 day of arrival.  CHECK OUT time is noon on day of departure.    

RESTRICTIONS:

We do not allow fireworks, smoking or pets at this property.
